Terms of Service

1. The service

InventareAI is an AI-guided product development platform. It walks you through structured modules across research, design, supply chain, production, go-to-market, and business operations, and produces documents and visualizations based on the information you provide.

The platform provides informational and drafting assistance only. It is not legal, patent, financial, engineering, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for validating any output before relying on it, and for engaging qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use InventareAI.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your projects, documents, files, and conversations.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

InventareAI offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are in U.S. dollars.

Premium subscriptions begin with a one-week free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Premium access until then.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

We may change our prices with advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the ideas, descriptions, files, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

As between you and InventareAI, you own the deliverables generated for your projects and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. AI-generated output may not be unique — similar output may be generated for other users — and it may contain inaccuracies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by using it to develop unlawful, dangerous, or infringing products; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; reverse engineering the platform; reselling access; or using automated means to extract data at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

7. Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, payment processing, hosting, and storage. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventareAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
