1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). Project content: the product ideas, descriptions, files, and conversations you create or upload. Usage information: basic analytics such as pages visited and features used. Payment information: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects and stores your payment details — we never see or store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the platform: to generate your deliverables, save your projects, authenticate you, process subscriptions, respond to support and feedback, and improve the product. We may send you service-related email such as confirmations, password resets, and billing notices.

3. AI processing

To generate deliverables, the content you provide is sent to our AI model providers for processing. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your project content to train public AI models. Some research modules also perform web searches to gather public information relevant to your product.

4. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run InventareAI: hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, AI model providers, payment processing, transactional email, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.

5. Your ideas stay private

Your projects are private to your account. We do not publish, share, or sell your product ideas. Other users cannot see your projects, documents, or conversations.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your projects, documents, files, and conversations. Some records, such as billing history, may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security so accounts can only reach their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue arises.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or contact us and we will help.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your language. We also use basic analytics to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.

10. Children

InventareAI is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
